Home, demo, apps, menus, theme, announcements, directories, viewer count, and errors.

On desktop, the top navigation provides Home, Shop, Madden Leagues, CFB Dynasties, Leaderboard when signed in, Docs, and Support. On mobile, open the logo menu for the same destinations.

Documentation is a website feature. The mobile app does not include it, so open neonsportz.com/docs in a browser to read the guides, release notes, or API reference from a phone.

Inside a league or dynasty, use bottom tabs for primary pages and More for the full menu.

Home page

The public home page explains Madden imports, Discord login/bot features, and trade voting. It also provides:

  • View Demo League to explore sample league data.
  • Login with Discord.
  • App Store and Google Play links outside the mobile app.
  • Email and Discord support links.

The demo does not grant commissioner access.

Dark and light mode

Use the theme toggle in the top navigation. This preference controls site presentation; it does not change custom league/team theme colors.

Signed-in account menu

Select your avatar to access:

  • Profile.
  • Recruitment boost balance/redemption.
  • Madden Games.
  • Settings.
  • Logout.
  • Direct links to joined Madden leagues and CFB dynasties.

If a service is missing, verify membership and the Discord account.

Announcements

A site-wide announcement banner can appear above the application. Select its close button to hide it. Announcements are controlled by NeonSportz and are not league news.

Recruitment viewer count

Supported recruitment views show a live VIEWING count. It represents connected viewers, not confirmed applicants. If the count does not update, refresh the page; recruitment data is unaffected.

Madden and CFB directories

  • Madden Leagues shows public Madden recruitment posts.
  • CFB Dynasties shows public CFB recruitment posts.

Use filters/search, open a listing, review its rules and open teams, then sign in before requesting access.

Public API

The API Reference documents the read-only endpoints that anyone can call to build their own tools — league directories, teams, rosters, schedules, statistics, standings, trades, news, awards, and CFB dynasty data.

  • No account, key, or sign-in is required, and the reference includes a Try it out button that runs the request from the page.
  • It is read-only. Endpoints that create or change data, and anything behind a commissioner permission, are not documented and are not supported for outside use.
  • Requests are rate limited per IP address. If a response comes back 429, wait for the number of seconds in its Retry-After header before retrying, and cache results you request repeatedly.

The reference is generated from the live API, so it always matches what is currently deployed.

Global News

The public News route is reserved for NeonSportz news presentation. League-specific posts remain under each league’s News section.

Not found and forbidden pages

  • 404 / Not Found: the route does not exist, was removed, or contains a wrong identifier.
  • 403 / Forbidden: the page exists but the signed-in user lacks required membership/permission.

For 404, verify the URL/abbreviation. For 403, verify the Discord account and NeonSportz permissions.

Mobile sharing

The mobile app provides a share action for the current link. Confirm the recipient can sign in and has access when sharing protected pages.
