Data-management map

CFB teams are managed manually. Games can be entered manually, uploaded by CSV, or read from screenshots using the beta import:

• Teams and Conferences
• Games, Results, and Voting
• Weekly Workflow

Correct order

1. Create conferences.
2. Create teams from the default catalog.
3. Assign teams to conferences.
4. Approve members.
5. Assign each member a team.
6. Create the schedule.
7. Create Discord game spaces.
8. Enter final scores; 0–0 means unplayed, with no completed switch.

Downstream effects

• Team/conference data controls public team grouping.
• Member assignment controls open-team recruitment and private game-space access.
• Games with at least one nonzero score control standings/records for their season.
• Week context controls the default schedule and Discord commands.

Delete carefully

Reassign members and conference/team references before deleting records. Deletion can affect games, standings, recruitment, and Discord workflows.
