Community and export feature map

Who can use these features

Public visitors can read published news and public recruitment listings.
Approved league members can create news and upload post images.
Authors can manage their own supported news through News → My News.
Commissioners configure recruitment and Discord delivery and can moderate news. Madden news uses existing categories.
Approved league members can queue CSV exports from the league navigation; ZIP archives go to the selected email address, which defaults to the account email.

Keep each content type distinct

News: ongoing league stories and announcements.
Rules: permanent league policy.
About: league introduction on the home page.
Recruitment: public pitch, league characteristics, open teams, and Discord invite.
CSV export: machine-readable copy of stored league data.

Data and privacy

Review content and exports before sharing them outside the league. CSV files can contain detailed member, player, contract, game, or transaction information.
