Website notification inbox

The notification button shows site notifications associated with your NeonSportz account. It can display an unread count and lets you mark supported notifications read or clear them.

Website notifications are separate from Discord channel posts and mobile push notifications. Receiving one does not guarantee that every delivery channel is configured.

Read and clear notifications

Sign in.
Open the notification button in the site navigation.
Select a notification to follow its related content when a link is available.
Use the read or clear control offered by the inbox.

Clearing a notification removes it from your inbox. It does not undo the league event.

Enable mobile push notifications

Install and open the supported NeonSportz mobile app.
Sign in with Discord.
Accept the operating system’s notification permission prompt.
Allow the app to finish registering the device.
Keep notifications enabled for NeonSportz in device settings.

The registration belongs to the signed-in NeonSportz user and device.

Prompts you see on first launch

The app asks for a small number of permissions, and they are separate decisions:

Notifications. Required for push alerts. Declining it leaves the website notification inbox working as normal.
Advertising consent. A Google-provided form asking how your data may be used for the ads in the app. It appears only where consent is required in your region.
Tracking (iOS only). Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, which controls personalized advertising.

Declining the advertising or tracking prompts does not restrict any feature of the app, and it has no effect on push notifications. Ads and consent are covered in Accounts and Mobile Access.

Fix missing push notifications

Confirm the phone has internet access.
Open iOS or Android settings and confirm NeonSportz notifications are allowed.
Confirm Focus, Do Not Disturb, battery optimization, or background restrictions are not suppressing alerts.
Open NeonSportz and verify the correct Discord account is signed in.
Sign out and back in to refresh the device registration.
Ask the commissioner to confirm the underlying league or dynasty event was generated.

Reinstalling should be a later step because it can remove local app state.

Mobile uses compact tabs for primary league or dynasty pages and a More menu for the remaining pages. Administration screens require the same NeonSportz permission bits as desktop.

Some wide tables scroll horizontally. Rotate the device or use a desktop when comparing many statistical columns or editing large settings forms.

Shared NeonSportz links should open the same content on mobile. If a copied link opens the home page:

Update the app.
Sign in.
Navigate to the content from inside the service once.
Retry the link.

Mobile versus Discord notifications

Mobile push targets a user/device.
Website notifications target a NeonSportz user inbox.
Discord notifications target a configured server channel and may mention a role.

Troubleshoot the channel that is missing rather than assuming one configuration controls all three.
