Report abuse, protect service access, delete safely, and use Discord ticket support.

Report abusive content

Use Report Abuse while signed in when content or conduct on NeonSportz needs review.

Include:

  • The URL of the content.
  • The league, dynasty, user, news post, or comment involved.
  • A factual description of the problem.
  • Any context needed to understand the report.

Do not submit Discord tokens, passwords, payment card data, or unrelated personal information.

Privacy and terms

Use the public Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages for the current published policies. Documentation explains product behavior but does not replace those policies.

Protect service access

Before deleting an account, leaving a server, or losing access to Discord:

  1. Confirm the current service owner account remains active and accessible.
  2. Confirm at least one commissioner has Edit League or Edit Dynasty access.
  3. Record the service abbreviation and URL.

Accounts that own a paid league or dynasty cannot be deleted. NeonSportz does not delete leagues, and paid-service ownership cannot be changed. Use commissioner permissions to let another member administer the league without changing its owner.

Information support needs

Send:

  • Madden league or CFB dynasty abbreviation.
  • Your Discord username and Discord ID when identity matters.
  • Page URL or full slash-command name.
  • Exact error message.
  • Approximate time and timezone.
  • Whether the issue reproduces on website, mobile, or Discord.
  • Import type, season, stage, and week for Madden data problems.

Screenshots are useful when they do not expose credentials.

Information never to send

  • Discord access or refresh tokens.
  • EA password, authorization token, or session values.
  • NeonSportz activation tokens.
  • Payment card details.
  • Push-notification service or server credentials.

Support can investigate without those secrets.

Before contacting support

  1. Search the docs using the exact button, page, or command name.
  2. Retry once after refreshing current data.
  3. Confirm you are signed into the intended Discord account.
  4. Ask a commissioner to verify membership and permissions.
  5. For Discord, run the matching channel test and inspect the error channel.

Then join the NeonSportz Discord, open #create-a-ticket, and click the Create a Ticket button.
