Getting Started

Choose the right setup or member path and understand how NeonSportz works.

What NeonSportz does

NeonSportz gives a Madden franchise league or College Football dynasty a public website, management tools, and a Discord bot. Madden data can be imported from the game. CFB teams, conferences, schedules, and scores are maintained manually.

This guide helps you choose the correct setup path. The linked tutorials explain every click and field.

Choose your role

I am creating a new service

You need:

  • A NeonSportz Madden League or CFB Dynasty purchase.
  • A Discord account.
  • A Discord server where you are the owner or have Administrator permission.
  • Permission to invite the NeonSportz bot.

Continue with Purchase, Activate, Renew, or Transfer.

I am joining someone else’s league or dynasty

You do not purchase a separate service. Find the league or dynasty, submit a request, and wait for a commissioner to approve you and assign your team.

Continue with Join, Leave, and Invitations.

I already belong to a service

Sign in with the same Discord account that was approved by the commissioner. Open your avatar menu to reach your profile and connected leagues or dynasties. If a service is missing, do not create another account; verify the Discord account and membership first.

Continue with Discord Login and Account Sync.

Madden and CFB are different

Madden league CFB dynasty
Imports teams, players, schedules, standings, and statistics from Madden. Commissioners enter teams, conferences, schedules, and results on NeonSportz.
Supports Companion App exports and optional direct EA connection. Does not use a companion export or EA connection.
Includes detailed player, contract, transaction, draft, trade, and statistical tools. Focuses on dynasty teams, conferences, games, members, recruitment, and Discord game spaces.

Do not follow a Madden import tutorial for a CFB dynasty.

Madden commissioner

  1. Purchase and activate the service.
  2. Connect the Discord server and bot.
  3. Create the Madden league.
  4. Choose Companion App imports or direct EA connection.
  5. Run the initial imports in the correct order.
  6. Configure members and permissions.
  7. Configure Discord notification channels.
  8. Review the weekly commissioner checklist.

CFB commissioner

  1. Purchase and activate the service.
  2. Connect the Discord server and bot.
  3. Create the dynasty.
  4. Create conferences and teams.
  5. Approve members and assign teams.
  6. Enter the weekly schedule and results.
  7. Review the CFB weekly commissioner checklist.

How to use these docs

  • Use the search box for a screen name, setting, error message, or slash command.
  • Every tutorial states who can perform the task, where to find it, what must exist first, and how to verify success.
  • Text such as Administration → Members describes the menu path inside a league or dynasty.
  • Text such as /games all describes a Discord slash command.
  • Data displayed by NeonSportz is only as current as the latest successful import or manual update.

If you are stuck

Start with Troubleshooting and FAQ. When contacting support, include:

  1. The league or dynasty abbreviation.
  2. Whether you are using the website, mobile app, Companion App, direct EA connection, or Discord.
  3. The exact page or command.
  4. The exact error text.
  5. What you expected and what happened.

Never send an EA password, Discord token, activation token, or private integration credential to another user.
