Profiles & Connected Socials

Profile fields, Discord connections, memberships, comments, and deletion.

Open a profile

Select a username anywhere it is linked, use your avatar menu, or run /neonsportz in Discord. Profiles require a NeonSportz login.

Depending on available data, a profile can show:

  • Discord avatar, banner, username, and account age.
  • X, Twitch, and YouTube links.
  • Xbox and PlayStation names.
  • Current Madden league and CFB dynasty memberships.
  • Pending join requests.
  • Madden record and a link to game history.
  • Recorded league history.

Update profile information

NeonSportz reads profile and connection information from Discord.

  1. Open Discord User Settings.
  2. Update your profile or connected accounts.
  3. Save the Discord change.
  4. Sign out of NeonSportz.
  5. Sign back in.
  6. Open Profile → Settings to confirm the refresh.

The Account Settings page is read-only for Discord-owned values.

  • /neonsportz returns a NeonSportz profile URL.
  • /youtube returns the selected user’s connected YouTube URL.
  • /twitch returns the selected user’s connected Twitch URL.
  • /x returns the selected user’s connected X URL.

Use the optional user argument to look up someone else. If a connection is missing or private, the bot cannot create a valid link.

Membership cards

Profile membership sections distinguish:

  • Joined: the request was approved.
  • Pending: a request exists but is not approved.
  • Owner: the account owns the service.
  • Assigned team: the current Madden or CFB team association.

From your own profile you can leave a joined service or cancel a pending request. Read the confirmation before leaving.

Delete an account

Account deletion is destructive.

  1. Contact support if the account owns a paid league or dynasty.
  2. Save any information you need from your profile.
  3. Open Profile → Settings.
  4. Select Delete Account.
  5. Read the confirmation explaining that memberships and purchased services can be affected.
  6. Confirm only when you intend permanent deletion.

Deleting a Discord account does not preserve access to purchased services. Contact support first if the NeonSportz owner account is unavailable.

Missing or incorrect information

  • Refresh Discord-owned data by signing out and back in.
  • Ask a commissioner to correct membership and team assignment.
  • Imported Madden results require both users to be assigned to the correct teams at the time the played game is processed.
  • Historical information cannot always be reconstructed for events that happened before tracking existed.
