Advanced Statistics
Team, game, opponent, player, and estimated-drive analytics.
Advanced Statistics tabs
Open Statistics → Advanced. Available tabs are:
- Team Averages
- Game Log
- Opponents
- Players
- Drives (est.)
Advanced data depends on fields available in Madden exports and may be unavailable for older imported games.
Team Averages
Compares advanced team performance over eligible completed games. Use it for pace, efficiency, or other supported calculated metrics rather than basic box-score totals.
Game Log
Shows advanced metrics per game. Use this view to identify an outlier and open the corresponding game for source box-score context.
Opponents
Shows opponent-side performance allowed by teams. Read the column labels carefully: a value may describe what a team allowed rather than what it produced.
Players
Shows supported advanced player metrics. Use the Position Group selector to compare relevant roles. Clear the selector if a player seems missing.
Drives (estimated)
Drive values are estimated from available game/stat fields. They are not guaranteed to match an official play-by-play drive chart. Use them for comparative analysis and label them as estimates when sharing.
Advanced game tab
Completed game pages can include an Advanced tab. Compare it with the Advanced Game Log when investigating a league aggregate.
Why data can be blank
- The game is scheduled rather than completed.
- Advanced fields were not included in the EA export.
- The league imported the game before the metric was supported.
- The selected season/stage has no eligible rows.
- A position-group filter excludes the player.
Refresh workflow
- Verify the basic game box score first.
- Import the correct week’s statistics.
- Reopen the individual game’s Advanced tab.
- Reopen league Advanced Stats with filters cleared.
- If basic stats exist but advanced fields remain empty, the source export may not contain them.
Do not reset all statistics solely because one advanced metric is unavailable.
