Teams directory

Open Teams to view every imported franchise. The table can include team identity, owner/member, record, ratings, rank, cap information, and roster context. Select a team to open its full page.

If a team is missing, import teams/standings before importing its roster.

Team overview

The team header and Home tab combine imported and calculated information:

• Record, overall rating, and power rank.
• Roster trade value.
• Division, assigned NeonSportz member, and imported coach/owner.
• Offensive and defensive schemes.
• Roster count, offensive/defensive Superstar and X-Factor counts, and injury count.
• Cap room, spent amount, available amount, and penalties when imported.
• Upcoming game, team leaders, notable contracts, upcoming free agents, and news.

Values can belong to different data sets. For example, a correct schedule does not prove the roster import is current.

Browse a roster

1. Open Teams.
2. Select the team.
3. Choose Roster.
4. Use player name, position, rating, development, contract, or other available filters.
5. Select a player to open the player profile.

Clear filters if a known player does not appear.

Trade block from a roster

Team owners can toggle their own players’ trade-block status from roster or player controls. Members with Edit League/Admin permission can edit any player in the league, including free agents on their player profiles. Administrator controls are labeled (administrator).

1. Open the player’s profile or roster action.
2. Confirm the player is trade eligible.
3. Select the trade-block toggle.
4. Verify On The Block appears.
5. Open Trades → Trade Block to confirm league-wide visibility.

This changes NeonSportz trade-block status only. Status clears when an import records a team change or removes the player from a roster; unchanged players keep their listings. Refresh after an import to see the latest status.

Depth chart

Open Depth Chart for position-group tables, with practice-squad players listed separately. Tables sort by overall descending by default and support column sorting. This page does not import Madden’s starter, backup, or specialist lineup order.

If a player is missing or in the wrong group, verify their position and practice-squad status in Madden, import the affected team roster, and reload. Reordering the lineup in Madden does not reorder these tables. NeonSportz does not push depth changes back into Madden.

Team schedule, statistics, and transactions

• Schedule narrows the league games to this team.
• Statistics shows supported team statistical categories for selected context.
• Transactions narrows stored signing, release, and trade events to this team.

Use season/stage/week filters before comparing totals.

Team Settings for commissioners

Administration → Team Settings lists imported team identity fields such as city and name. Use it for supported NeonSportz corrections. Imported data may overwrite a field on a later import, so correct the Madden source when possible.

Assign a member to a team

1. Open Administration → Members.
2. Find the approved member.
3. Open the Team selector.
4. Choose the correct team.
5. Save/close the editor.
6. Confirm the member appears on the team page.

Assignment powers private Discord game-space membership and user-record tracking. Keep it current.

Roster troubleshooting

• All rosters empty: initial team/roster sequence is incomplete.
• One team stale: import that team roster.
• Player on wrong team: import both affected rosters and free agents if needed.
• Duplicate player: do not delete arbitrary rows; use the supported duplicate repair only after confirming the issue.
• Ratings or injuries stale: import the roster, not statistics.
