Cross-league user games, head-to-head results, history, and hopper-risk context.
Madden user records
NeonSportz can build a cross-league Madden record when an imported game is marked played and both teams are assigned to NeonSportz members. The record is about users, not a single franchise team.
Open a user’s profile and choose the Madden games link to see:
- Every recorded eligible game.
- Opponent and result.
- League and team context.
- Head-to-head totals grouped by opponent.
Simulated games are excluded from user-versus-user records.
Why a game may be missing
Check all of the following:
- The schedule and completed score were imported.
- The game status is completed, not scheduled.
- The game is not marked simulated.
- Both participating teams had users assigned.
- The relevant result was imported after user-record tracking was available.
Changing an assignment later may not reconstruct old results automatically.
Leaderboard
The Leaderboard compares stored user Madden records. Use the available filter controls to change the leaderboard view. The leaderboard is based on recorded NeonSportz games and is not an EA global ranking.
Use it carefully when comparing users with different numbers of games or different league environments.
League history
League history can include:
- League joined date and tenure.
- Leaves and commissioner removals recorded by NeonSportz.
- Current and previous membership context.
- A hopper-risk indicator used during Madden join-request review.
Commissioners can inspect history from Administration → Join Requests and Administration → Members. Users can see available history from profiles.
Understanding hopper-risk information
The indicator is context, not an automatic decision. It is derived from stored membership history and may not include:
- Activity before league-history tracking existed.
- Leagues that were deleted or reset.
- A legitimate reason for leaving.
- Membership activity outside NeonSportz.
Commissioners should discuss a concerning pattern with the applicant before deciding.
Correcting record or history problems
There is no general self-service editor for historical results. First correct the source:
- Import the correct Madden schedule/result for game-record problems.
- Correct member assignments for current membership problems.
- Use the normal leave or kick workflow so future history is recorded consistently.
Contact support with the user Discord ID, league abbreviation, and specific game or membership event if stored history is clearly incorrect.
